FREE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FEES

We’re pleased to offer you free ground shipping on US orders above $150 USD. 

All our packages are shipped with tracking, we ask that you closely monitor the tracking as Anduba is not responsible for any stolen packages with confirmed delivery notice.


We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 in the US for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.


*Free shipping is not applicable on select overweight/oversize items. Please see the ‘Details’ section on the product page. Shipping charges on oversize/overweight products will be calculated at check-out. Made-to-order items have an estimated rate at checkout. Shipping fees will be confirmed, and our team will be in touch with the final rate and any additional shipping payment required.

If you refuse any shipments from Anduba, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both the outbound and returned shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 


Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Anduba cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Unfortunately, at this point, we are not able to ship our products outside of the US.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

As we try to fulfill orders promptly, we are unable to guarantee orders can be canceled or adjusted once placed.

Anduba reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE

RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on all unused items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding sale and ineligible items).

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Denver headquarters. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as Anduba is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. 

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Select items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale:

  • Photo Prints
  • Art
  • Sale Items
  • Made-to-order/Custom items 
  • Special event purchases 
REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item at our studio. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement. Anduba reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the return/exchange policy.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return/exchange please email hello@anduba.art. Our team will assign a return authorization number for your return/exchange and send the return/exchange information via email. Please note, returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from order delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days pending stock levels. Orders placed on weekends and stat holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your parcel has been packed and shipped.

Customized/Made-to-order items will have specified processing information within their product page.

SALES TAX

Taxes are charged based on the shipping address.
