FAQ

Can I customize a pattern’s color or scale?

In many cases, yes. We can adjust scale or color to better suit your project needs. Customization may require a minimum order or additional production time. Let us know what you're envisioning, and we’ll explore what’s possible.

What is the lead time for your wallcoverings?

Our standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks from the time an order is confirmed. All wallcoverings are printed to order in the U.S. to minimize waste and ensure quality. If you’re working with a tight timeline, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I order a sample or memo?

Yes. You can request up to three complimentary memo samples to review with your team or clients. Larger strike-offs or full-yard samples are available upon request.

What type of material do you print on?

Our wallcoverings are printed on a Type II commercial-grade, PVC-free substrate made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The surface has a subtle stipple texture and low-sheen finish.

Do your materials support LEED or green building projects?

Yes. Our substrate is PVC-Free, Red List Free, low-VOC, and NSF/ANSI 342 Silver Certified. We also use GREENGUARD Gold Certified UVgel inks. These materials can support projects aiming for LEED v4 and other sustainability benchmarks.

Do you offer trade pricing or work directly with firms?

Yes. We work directly with architects, designers, and developers. For custom quotes or larger projects, please use our Request a Quote form and include your project details.

Where do you ship from?

Our wallcoverings are printed to order in the U.S. and shipped directly from our U.S.-based production partner. This reduces shipping emissions and ensures faster turnaround for domestic projects. Shipping timelines will be confirmed once your quote is approved.
