Cuauhtémoc Wetzka

MEXICO - Sacred Messenger Umber

AVAILABLE IN COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SUBSTRATES

In Nahuatl tradition, the guajolote (wild turkey) is gifted at life's big transitions — a birth, a marriage, a new beginning. Not just the animal, but what it represents: the abundance of the natural world.

Cuauhtémoc Wetzka, an illustrator from the mist-covered mountains of Veracruz, drew from that tradition to create Sacred Messenger — rendered in the colors and forms of his home region in Mexico.
